Transcend Mini-Cpap arrives broken

Tried this 'Mini" cpap on a 21-day "Risk-Free" trial. - It requires a hose adapter that actually makes it take more nightstand space than my Resmed S9 - It makes a horrible squealing noise when I switch from inhaling to exhaling. I recorded it and played it back for the customer service agent. - Sleep Science agrees that it is defective, but are making me pay for the return shipping and insurance, despite their sending me a defective product. - I don't recommend this machine or this company. - It looks, feels, and sounds junky - Even the seller won't stand behind it - Don't get fooled by the "Risk-Free" trial that they advertise. It's purely BS. - Customer service agent on phone was very unpleasant
